Description
The SATA III 6Gb/s interface in Transcend's MTS952P M.2 SSD provides faster transmission rates. The MTS952P has an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 75°C, an endurance rating of 3K Program/Erase cycles for dependable operation, the most recent 3D NAND technology for high storage efficiency, a 30" PCB gold finger and Corner Bond technology for enhanced durability, a built-in DRAM cache for quick access, and more. Data integrity in mission-critical apps is further ensured by integrated Power Loss Protection (PLP).
For mission-critical applications, Transcend also provides the MTS952P-I with broad temperature capabilities (-40°C to 85°C). This ensures continued functionality, increased endurance, and ideal reliability.
