E Ink: Electronic Ink Displays

E Ink Displays (Electronics Ink) are a specific display technology that requires no power to maintain the displayed image and only consumes power to refresh/change the display contents. E Ink Displays are available in limited colours but require no backlight and have a 180 degree viewing angle in both axis. The combination of low power and easy readability makes these displays ideal for public/hospital digital signage, electronic shelf labels and e-readers.
