Transcend's M.2 SSD MTE710T has a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 4 x4 interface and is NVM Express (NVMe) 1.4 compliant, allowing it to achieve previously unheard-of transfer speeds. The MTE710T uses cutting-edge 3D NAND technology, which enables the vertical stacking of 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips. This density breakthrough considerably improves storage efficiency when compared to 3D NAND at 96 levels, and its built-in DRAM cache enables for faster access. The MTE710T, which features a 30" gold finger PCB with Corner Bond technology, is thoroughly tested in-house to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications, with a 3K Program/Erase cycle endurance rating and an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 75°C. Transcend now offers the MTE710T-I in a wide temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) to ensure long-term operation and durability.
